Following a difficult weekend for Miguel Oliveira, where he missed out on the points in the race at MotorLand Aragón, the Portuguese is willing to reflect together with his experienced Red Bull KTM Tech3 crew to find some keys in order to go consistently faster this weekend at the Gran Premio de Teruel, which will be hold at the same venue in Spain.

Yet, teammate Iker Lecuona managed to regain his confidence during the first of two back-to-back Aragón rounds to finish the race 14th, adding two more World Championship points to his rookie account. Just as Oliveira, the Spaniard targets to further improve his pace throughout this 11th event of the 2020 MotoGP season, which is set to commence at 10.55 local time on Friday with FP1.

"We definitely need to improve the results of the last weekend here in MotorLand Aragón. This is clear. Therefore, we need a couple of days of thinking and will try to come up with some solutions for the second round at this circuit."

Championship: 19th

Points: 20

"I need to continue the way we found last weekend. I felt really good with the bike, also the team helped me a lot. I need to improve my pace a bit in order to fight for the top 10. For sure, we need to try some minor adjustments on the RC16 to feel even better. After this first Aragón weekend, I was very happy, so we will see what we can do this weekend."

Team Manager

"Just a few days before we start the second round here at the beautiful Aragón circuit. To be honest, the first weekend here was quite tough and disappointing for the Red Bull KTM Tech3 team. We have a lot of data to analyze, many meetings to do with the riders and the engineers and I want to be pretty confident, that the second weekend here in Aragón will be more positive for our crew. The weather should be a bit warmer, which was the main thing we had to fight this last weekend. Both, Miguel and Iker felt good on Sunday, although they were not fast enough. But they are in a good condition and eager to improve. We are keeping the never-give-up-attitude, we will keep on fighting and we are pretty sure that we should be in the top 10 at the end of the race this week. We just get a few days off to recover and start racing again. Let’s see where we can end up."
